     MEDICAL LEAVE – up to one (1) year - (1 Position)

INITIAL ASSIGNMENT:  Ontario St. Milton

WAGE RANGE:   $18.19 – 21.77

 REQUIREMENTS: 
 Community College Diploma in Social Services or University degree
       Social Sciences. Related experience preferred. Will consider equivalent
       combination of education and experience.
 Demonstrated commitment to Community Living
 Demonstrated commitment to and experience in Person Centred Planning
 Experience and flexibility in different areas across the Association
 Commitment in involving people to become more involved in their communities
 This position requires the successful candidate to have a valid Ontario
       Drivers License. The successful candidate would have to provide proof that s/he has a
 valid driver’s license upon being hired.

 *** Demonstrated ability to work independently
 *** Demonstrated ability to work within a larger day supports team
             *** Comfortable with personal care

  
HOURS OF WORK:   
  Shifts/Weekends - Committed to regular 80 hour bi-weekly schedule that meets the
   needs of the people we support.

REQUIREMENTS:
